Sunday, Jun. 15, 2003 - 7:26 p.m. The wedding in Kingston was beautiful. It's such a beautiful city on it's own, but the weather gave it that extra charm. It was cloudy when we arrived at the Chapel, but when the ceremony was over and everyone filed out onto the lawn, the sun was shining beautifully against the grand church walls. Onto RMC to help out with a few decorations before the reception dinner got under way. The speeches were touching (I love hearing parents talk about how special the day is and how proud they are of their children!). After dinner and before the dancing I had a chance to step outside and sit on the breakwall overlooking the water. Just on the horizon I noticed an orage glow. As I continued to wonder at it, it began to get brighter and bigger. I continued to watch as the most beautiful, orange full moon began to rise. It rose high in the night night sky with hardly a cloud to block it, or the stars. I'm glad that I had chosen that moment to be by myself or else I would have missed it. Lot's of dancing and lot's of romance. I love going to weddings. Now it has finally gotten me thinking of my own. I'm a strange girl in that I've never thought about things like that. So far all I've figured out is that I want a harp, and a non-poofy dress. Well, I've thought of a little more than that but I think perhaps I should keep it to myslef for now.......... Being Father's Day, I stopped by my fathers' house to watch the Montreal Grand Prix with him. Michael Schumacher won, Ralph second and Montoya third. Poor Jacques was out on lap six with brake failure (shock and surprise), and Button went out with gear box problems. LET"S GET IT TOGETHER BAR!!! Back to the farm until Wednesday afternoon. I finally get Richard back from the army for a short period of time. It won't be for very long though. End of July he is off to Afghanistan for six months. I'm excited for him, not to mention extremely proud of him. Well, have a good week everyone, and I will check in with you in a day or so.
